From
Provence…

The very concept of Imagine Van Gogh is grandiose: visitors wander amongst giant projections of the artist’s paintings, swept away by every brushstroke, detail, painting medium and colour. Immersed in an extraordinary experience where all senses become fully awakened, viewers will be truly moved by such spectacular beauty. Visitors discover more than 200 of Van Gogh’s paintings, including his most famous works, painted between 1888 and 1890 in Provence, Arles and Auvers-sur-Oise.

To Auvers sur Oise

Admire The Starry Night, The Irises and The Sunflowers, immerse yourself in the intimacy of Vincent’s Room or in the atmosphere of Auvers sur Oise and its wheat fields. To accompany the public, the music of Saint-Saëns, Mozart, Bach, Delibes or Satie will sublimate this unique exploration of the works of Van Gogh.

The Imagine Van Gogh exhibition highlights the works of Vincent Van Gogh from his Arles period (1888/1889) to the end of his life (1890). Exceptional years which underline the talent and the torments of the master in emblematic works such as: The Sunflowers, The Irises, Wheat Field with Ravens, The Starry Night, but also his «Japanese» period with the famous Almond Flowering Branches or later L’Eglise d’Auvers, without forgetting his series of portraits made during this period, such as his self-portraits or the portrait of Doctor Gachet, La Mousmé, Joseph Roulin or Mme Ginoux with his books... Many masterpieces which reveal themselves to visitors in a new light.

An experience at the heart of images to discover or rediscover Vincent Van Gogh.
